Your Statutory Rights 

Ocean Rodeo’s Satisfaction Guarantee and Warranty are offered in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are always entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Our policies do not replace or restrict these rights.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your product, return it for a refund. Here’s how it works:

Eligible for products purchased directly from Ocean Rodeo or authorised dealers.
•    To qualify for the extended Satisfaction Guarantee, please register your product within 30 days of purchase.
•    Returns for reasons other than a fault: customers cover return shipping.
•    For faulty goods, Ocean Rodeo covers return costs and guarantees full compliance with UK law.

Refunds are processed promptly once your gear is received and inspected.

Product Registration

For limited warranty claims, proof of purchase from an authorised Ocean Rodeo dealer is required. If the date of purchase cannot be established, Ocean Rodeo will make a determination based upon serial number(s), the last production year of the particular model, or on the condition of the equipment claimed.


We'll confirm receipt of your registration by email within a week. 

Warranty Policy

Ocean Rodeo products are covered as standard for 365 days from purchase, by the original purchaser. 

We stand behind the quality of our gear with an extended limited warranty. When you register your product within 30 days of purchase, you receive:

•    180 days of extended warranty coverage.
•    Coverage for any manufacturing defects or issues related to materials and workmanship that arise during normal use.

What is covered?


•    Defects in materials or workmanship from normal use.
•    Repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer rights.

What is not covered?


•    Normal wear and tear.
•    Damage from misuse, abuse, high-speed crashes, abnormal sun exposure, or improper handling.
•    Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
•    Factory seconds.
•    Second-owner or ex-demonstration gear.
•    Professional use – unless otherwise agreed at sale.

To make your claim, complete the Warranty Claim Form below, then ship the item back to us - we recommend using recorded delivery.

By submitting registration or warranty information, you consent to Ocean Rodeo processing your data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We protect your information, and do not share it beyond processing your guarantee and warranty request.
