You want your new gear ASAP, if not sooner; we get it. We know we're delivering the green light for your next session. 


We may dispatch your order from locations outside the UK, so next-day delivery is usually not possible. 
If your purchase is time sensitive, get in touch and we may be able to arrange express delivery for you at additional cost.
Once we receive your order, we’ll dispatch it promptly, then send you the expected delivery date with tracking information.

Online order cancellations

We aim to ship all orders placed online within 24 hours, so should you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

In the event your order has already shipped, our returns process will apply.

Issues including returns for items purchased from a local dealer must be dealt with by that stockist.

For online orders, items must not be returned without prior approval and a Return Authorisation Number, which our team will issue when you contact us.
This number does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or warranty approval.

Making your return

When you have received your Return Authorisation Number, we’ll provide the details for where to send your gear.
Clearly mark your Return Authorisation Number on the outside of the package and send it back within 30 days. 
All returns must be clean, dry, and shipping prepaid.

Include a copy of your original invoice with a note outlining the reason for the return alongside your Return Authorisation Number. 
Without the Return Authorisation Number, packages may be refused and returned to sender.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. 

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, no questions asked. If you cancel in time, we’ll refund your original delivery costs.
