You want your new gear ASAP, if not sooner; we get it. We know we're delivering the green light for your next session.
We may dispatch your order from locations outside the UK, so next-day delivery is usually not possible.
If your purchase is time sensitive, get in touch and we may be able to arrange express delivery for you at additional cost.
Once we receive your order, we’ll dispatch it promptly, then send you the expected delivery date with tracking information.
We ship worldwide with UPS, getting your gear where it needs to go - fast and secure. Most international deliveries arrive within 5–7 working days, but conditions vary, so treat this as a guide, not a guarantee.
Orders are usually processed within 2 working days from our HQ in Southampton, UK. Weekends and public holidays might slow things down a touch, but we’ll always keep you in the loop. Once your order’s on its way, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow the journey.
Please double-check your delivery details, as mistyped addresses or missed delivery attempts can lead to returns, and we can’t cover those extra shipping costs. We also can’t ship to PO Boxes, so make sure you provide a physical address and contact number.
Ocean Rodeo isn’t responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they’re in the courier’s hands.
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Every country runs its own rules - check them before ordering to avoid surprises.

Making your return
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, no questions asked. If you cancel in time, we’ll refund your original delivery costs.
