The stiff ALUULA construction ensures rapid, precise kite loops and silky smooth power delivery, while delivering impressive relaunch capabilities that save sessions in flat or marginal winds. In the unlikely event that you cancel your order, please help us stop the shipping process by immediately contacting our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact before 3 PM Pacific Standard Time on the same day you placed your order.

Returns
Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval from Ocean Rodeo and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). An RA# may be obtained directly from Ocean Rodeo or by your chosen Ocean Rodeo dealer. An RA# is a tracking number and does not confirm authorization for credit, product replacement or warranty. Once an RA# is obtained products may be returned directly to Ocean Rodeo, or to your local Ocean Rodeo dealer. How to Return:
Clearly mark your RA# on the outside of the package and return within 30 days.
All return products are to be sent clean and dry and freight pre-paid. A copy of the original invoice and note of explanation with your RA# must be included. Ocean Rodeo and your Ocean Rodeo dealer will not accept freight collect shipments.
A 20% re-stocking charge will be assessed for return of stock merchandise unless due to shipping error or warranty.
If returning product directly to Ocean Rodeo, ship products clean, and dry and do not return without a proper Return Authorization Number issued by Ocean Rodeo. Upon receipt of a RA# you will be given specific instructions for where to ship your goods. Any package shipped to Ocean Rodeo without an RA# will be refused and returned COD.
Shipping information
We may dispatch your order from locations outside the UK, so next-day delivery is usually not possible.
If your purchase is time sensitive, get in touch and we may be able to arrange express delivery for you at additional cost.Once we receive your order, we’ll dispatch it promptly, then send you the expected delivery date with tracking information.
International Orders
Weship worldwide with UPS, getting your gear where it needs to go - fastand secure. Most international deliveries arrive within 5–7 workingdays, but conditions vary, so treat this as a guide, not a guarantee.
Ordersare usually processed within 2 working days from our HQ in Southampton,UK. Weekends and public holidays might slow things down a touch, butwe’ll always keep you in the loop. Once your order’s on its way, you’llget an email with tracking info so you can follow the journey.
Pleasedouble-check your delivery details, as mistyped addresses or misseddelivery attempts can lead to returns, and we can’t cover those extrashipping costs. We also can’t ship to PO Boxes, so make sure you providea physical address and contact number.
Ocean Rodeo isn’t responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they’re in the courier’s hands.
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Every country runs its own rules - check them before ordering to avoid surprises.
Product Registration
Original Purchaser
This limited warranty is solely for the benefit of the original retail purchaser and may not be assigned.
Proof of Purchase
For limited warranty claims, proof of purchase from an authorized Ocean Rodeo dealer is required. If the date of purchase cannot be established, Ocean Rodeo will make a determination based upon serial number(s), the last production year of the particular model, or on the condition of the equipment claimed.
Repair or Replacement
Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Ocean Rodeo product at our discretion. The Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, fading, color bleeding from wet storage, high speed crashes, misuse or negligence. Warranty is not applicable to punctures, sun exposure, seam failure due to over inflation by pump or heat exposure, damage caused by use in waves or shorebreak, and damage caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is invalid if unauthorized repairs have been carried out. Repairs or alterations not covered by warranty will be charged to the customer.
Limitations and/or Other Warranties
The following Limited Warranties are applicable to material and workmanship only and are not extendable for these specific purchases:
- Discontinued products purchased from Ocean Rodeo Dealers or Ocean Rodeo Online carry a 90 day limited warranty.
- Factory seconds, used, or demo gear purchased on an online auction site carry no warranty.
- Ocean Rodeo products used in schools, rentals or other professional applications carry a 30 day limited warranty.
