Posted by EvanStolze on August 28th 2007
I am pleased to announce that I have officially relocated to San Francisco. With a much more central location than San Diego I will be better able to travel the West coast recruiting Crew and doing demos with the expectation of wind.... Ocean Rodeo SF is located less than 10 minutes from the GG and Crissy Field - stoked!

BAM! - It's Live!
Hours of work has gone into the development of the new Ocean Rodeo site and you know what? It was worth it! The new site is the first of its kind (as far as we can tell) in any sport related company's history to give this much control and freedom to its customers and supporters.
Crew: This Is For You!
The new website will allow you to Log your time on the water, post images to the Crew Gallery, form Chapters of local riders, track the Weather in your area and view Webcams from around the world. And, its only the beginning! We are already hard at work on the new site, version 2.0 to add even more functionality for our Crew!
Ocean Rodeo Crew members are riders just like you! Welcome to the Crew!John Z - OR
The new Ocean Rodeo Coldfire hood boots and gloves are now in stock. With minimal surf today, John Z. and Kevin M. (OR sales guru's) found a nice 30 foot high dock to "get some air" . Now that's commitment from the sales team!
jeremie tronet..Ven A Kite Reality TV Star
Posted by KevinM on June 12th 2007
That's right folks..."Reality TV Star". Just when you thought Jeremie had enough on his plate with all his kiting, fishing, playboying and all around laying on the beach, he has now entered the ranks of reality TV star. Following the likes of Richard Hatch, Omarosa Stallworth and Clay Aitken who so boldly blazed the trail before him, Jeremie has joined 5 other cast members on a Venezuelan kiteboarding reality TV show. There is however one big difference...unlike his aforementioned predecessors...Jeremie actually has talent.
You can follow the day to day grind of six world travelling kitboarders who have come together to ply their trade on the tropical island of Los Roques, Venezuela. These six strangers have more than just each other to contend with as temperatures soar into the low 30's, the water begins to resemble a bath and the beer is always cold. Sounds like they may have bitten off more than they can chew...and I haven't even mentioned the soft white sand and half naked hard bodies everywhere. Along the way, personalities will clash and issues ranging from broken spectra line to blown foot straps will emerge. Can these six easy going, very similar personalities end up as 6 friends? Get ready to find out.
If you haven't already checked out jeremie tronet here is your latest opportunity. Jeremie is an absolutly fluid, dynamic and exciting rider to watch. In this latest film Jeremie kills it on the 2007 Diablo, Zen 135 and Session Harness.
Be sure to watch for the gratuitious shot of his beautiful girl Linn as well...
Its official, in 2008 Ocean Rodeo will offer a directional surf style kite board. Final product launch will take place during Surf Expo in September! We’ll keep you posted on the evolution of this new board. The base shape was inspired by OR team rider Philippe Alengrin of France (pictured riding an early proto). Philippe's goal was to shape an "all around" wave board, keeping it simple . With the base shape complete Richard Myerscoughyerscough traveled to Asia last week to finalize construction techniques to ensure production boards are up to OR “built tough” standards. More to come soon! R&D out!
