If you see a bunch of kiters in 2012 on OR gear in TIP (St Lawrence River), you can blame me 
Judging by all the people who came out to photo and generally freak out, my guess is nobody has seen a kiter there before.
But judging by all the young ins that came up to inquire I think they’ll be seeing more of it now!
