Any of the Underarmour compression shorts - they are slick enough to not chaffe the skin or bind with other fabrics and they hold your “junk” in place real nice.  They also hold tucked shirts well.  I use them for any and all athletic endevours - hockey, skiing, the gym, and kiteboarding

I would say under armour is a good call. The shorts were designed to be worn as your first layer but if you find the boys to be a bit uppity still you could likely throw on a pair of the under armour shorts too.

Honestly, we don’t get out much in the shorts as it is so darn cold here!
