I notice we have been unable to load ‘avatars’ (the picture under your user name)...I suspect it’s because we are unable to ‘enable’ html…Even when selected (preferences ‘always allow’) ‘html’ is shown as OFF (below signature).  Jim

We are hard at work on the Crew page right now with our programmer guy and he is tying a lot of this type of stuff back into your forum user ID. One of the features we will be including is the avitar option!

You should also remember tó tell your programming guy that the fonts on your homepage don’t load properly with a Macintosh running the default browser Safari. It is very important because most Mac users are potential Ocean Rodeo customers. Why? Because they like cool, well designed stuff!

OK - Kirk, are you still having issues with your Mac?

Avatars are now enabled. In order to make yours active you need to:

- Login
- Go to your profile page and scroll to the bottom
- Choose to upload an image that is less than 20kb large and is exactly 80 x 80 pixels in dimension (use Photoshop to Crop an image, set the crop dimensions to 80 x 80 and draw a box with the crop tool, hit enter and save the image)
- Once selected choose to “submit” your changes to your profile and your Avatar should show up.

If you already tried this with no good results you will need to erase your current selected image and re-upload the image. The folder that the Avatars were supposed to be saved to was locked so it was preventing people from uploading images.
