Which one is a excellent kite for light wind condition??

Daiblo or One ?? Prefer any kite turning fast, jumping ,etc.. in a light wind condition ( 9 - 15 knots ) my weight is 200lbs

18m or 21m Diablo in under 15 knts at 200lbs. :twisted:
