I am thinking of replacing my current quiver with the new One kites and was wondering what the best combination would be for a 200lbs rider in 15 to 35 mph winds.  Would the 12m and 16m be better or the 9m and 16m?  thanks.

35 mph is a lot of wind - even at 200 lbs I would recommend a 9m, so I would go with a 9 and a 16. If it gets too windy to ride the 16 you will able to jump down to the 9m.

What size One would you recommend for 15knts and up, riding a Litewave 169 and or 136 and at 180lbs?

15 knots and up? 12m One will be ideal. You’ll probably need to ride it with the bigger board in 15 knots, but as you get closer to 20 you will be able to jump down to the smaller board and take it into a lot of wind. The 16 would work too, getting you going in less wind and on your smaller board sooner, but your ideal/comfortable top end will be much less.
