Nieuw Amsterdams Peil or N.A.P. is the reference sea water level we Dutch are always keeping an eye on. Ruben Lenten has been organizing this event since about a year, and yesterday finally the conditions were good: Who hucks biggest and who pulls the craziest megaloop “Boven N.A.P.”!
