2009 Rise has a repair in the canopy, but still works great. Includes bar.

Does this kite have the venturi vents? I’m not sure of the 2009, but I believe they all should.

Could you confirm?

Would you ship to manitoba?

If it’s an 09 it will have vents for sure. You can see images of 2009 Rise kites here.

Yes, venturi vents.

Worth noting that the lines on the bar were just replaced, and the bladder was also just replaced.

Will ship to Manitoba for sure.
