Already been mentioned, but the surfboard is a must and brings all kinds of fun to the table in both light air and virtually any beach but dont go too small! You have your twin tip for powered up riding and boosting. Probably the 6’3 in the OR lineup. I’m 180+ lbs and use a 10 razor. In it’s low end I ride a pretty flat and wide surfboard.
If you go that route, you’ll be plenty happy with the surf dry. Just goes with the surfboard learning curve like peanut butter and jelly!
Dont think you can go wrong with the kite size advice already given.
