Dang it that makes me just salivate, what the heck is Ross up to next?

Craig, you shouldn’t be posting so late at night. You better go off to bed now. Plus Ross is really doing nothing exciting at all for the new kites, the 2011 is so good it’s all minor tweaks and color schemes. Green depower lines and such. In fact he went surfing most of the days.

Patiently waiting for my 10 Razor to arrive. I would like to see a black Razor in the 2012 line-up!

I’d love to hear some more reports on the range of the Razors compared to the Rise. There seemed to be conflicting reports from posters about what size will do what. Over the years I extended the range of my Bronco’s by providing an adjustable tensioned 5th line that allowed much more depower than the trim strap alone would allow. I can totally see the Razors having C-kite feel and SLE-like depower with the SLE bridle on ‘em. WHO COULD ASK FOR ANYTHING BETTER?? ANYONE have more REPORTS??

Lagocalima…..Personal Opinion Alert!! Black kites are Bad….. in my opinion, they look cool, but won’t hold up to ultraviolet exposure as well as a lighter color, they are not as easy to see on the water as bright colors, and they don’t usually look good in photos…...........my opinion is based on living and kiting in Alaska where it’s important to be able to see the other kiters, where the sun shines all day and much of the night, and where photographers flock to kiters…....your milage may vary…......Personal Opinion Alert OVER!!! Plus they get very very hot when sat under the sun for an hour on that much needed break.  Give me white with some nice colours any time.

I had a 8m Razor and a 10m Rise with me to Brasil and the 10m Rise had a little more low-end (1/2 knots) Didn’t get all the way to the high-end of both kites and was trying different settings and bars also but i guess about the same high-end.

No Black kites please, for the reasons posted by Big Ak, and they don’t look nice on photo’s

Oh and had a quick ride with the 12m razor couple of weeks ago, wasnt really impressed by that low end, so guess the smaller ones get better in the lwo-end.
