After riding my kitesurfboard alot, I went back to my Mako 140 and the stance felt to narrow, I had it in the middle hole setting of the three possible positions, I move it all the way out board, no chance to ride it yet… Will this make the board have less flex? That is ablout an extra 2 inches more in stance.

Any comments about stance is welcome.

Hi 1956, it will go at cost of some flex but it gives you more aggressive carving and (for me) better jumping in return. The Makos are still easy on the knees ridden wide. Just give it a try, all you can loose is 5 minutes of unscrewing and screwing fun!

I tried it on the outboard setting and have gone back to the mddle setting as, I feel it is more natural feeling.

I herd a standard rule, like the stance should not be wider than your shoulders.
