Below I’ve list the steps we use in the factory to fix seam leaks on Ocean Rodeo drysuits.
Please note we use heat activated repair patches.
These patches have low melt PU on one side and stadard PU on the other. If for any reason your suit requires factory heat tape repairs in the future, these patches can be seam taped on top, a nice feature any future repairs.

Nice repair post Richard. Since my Pyro Pro is leaking from both inner leg seams I will have to do a similar repair. I wanted to pro actively tape the entire seam from the knee to ankle. Do you sell repair patches that are that long?

I might also consider Andy and Twister’s suggestion. I really like the suit otherwise and just had the seals replaced for the first time.

Thanks for the post.
Can you show how to replace the neckseal of a Pyro Pro? The one picture in the manual with a ball is not very clear.
I have the OR neckseal with the heat activated glue on the seal.

Hi Dors,
We can mail out some patches,..we just need your ship to info *(you can PM me this info). What type of suit do you have? Breathable fabric or non?. The breathable drysuits have a mesh layer laminated to the inside, while the non breathable suits have a smooth finish.
