Has anyone taken the three meter extensions off the 12 meter.  Did they notice a change in low end or turning speed?  I have read that the 16m one flys better without but how about the 12m?  I don’t really want to sacrifice alot of low end.  Thanks.

I’m actually flying with 20 m lines only now, on my 9, 12 and 16 m Ones - great for self launching and kiteloops!  Works fine for me - you only loose a bit of extra power from sining the kite, but with the huge range of AoA, I rarely have to sine these kites - I just sheet it in and go.  Had no problems pulling kiteloops with the 16 the other day in 10 to 13 mph winds.  I’ve not pulled the 16 out of the bag in weeks though, too windy out here in the Gorge!
