As you know Ocean Rodeo takes our gear and your safety very seriously. All of us here at Ocean Rodeo ride and contribute to the continual renewal and improvement of our equipment and we take your feedback on possible improvements very seriously.
Should we ever have a situation where we are concerned about the safety of our products you can rest assured that we will do all we can to ensure you are notified and that the issue is addressed. Once addressed our PR team will go to work and, very likely we will send a smooth talker like me into the fray to do interviews with all media outlets explaining, again, how we handled the situation and how we intend to move forward.
With that in mind I’d suggest you all watch a true master at work, I’ve been working to model my style after this guy.
