Look at how they are treaded through the harness, its easy to pull em out and put em back if you need them.
The leg straps should be snug, but not tight.
Adjust the length so the harness sits where you want it…its a waist harness that you can bring down to your butt if you want.
I like to keep the waist part a bit loose when I use the leggings, so it twists a bit when I’m riding.
Without the leggings just use as you would a waist harness, nice and snug,
I’ve never had it ride up on me either.
My general observations are this-
with the leggings there are no pressure points, ahhhh, perfect for overpowered conditions.
w/o the leggings its all in the waist…get ready to work the abs baby!
