| Gear: 8m Rise, 150 Mako Suh-weet. Arrived at low tide to find 20cm of water leading straight into overhead waves, so sat it out for the tide to push in a little. Got straight out back and into the waves, which were getting a decent size. Had to run away from a few as they closed out, but had plenty to keep the adrenaline pumping. Also got some quite big jumps too, as if big waves weren't enough. A session with everything. | |||||
